Due to the nature of handmade shoes, please allow between six to twelve weeks from your first appointment.A non refundable deposit will be required at the first appointment so that materials can be sourced and secured. Customers will have personal fittings throughout the stages of his/her footwear being made, until they are completely satisfied with the end result.Once happy with their handmade footwear,we shall ask for the final payment in full.
